Για αλλαγή μη λανθασμένου, μη κατεστραμμένου ή γενικότερα μη ελαττωματικού προϊόντος, ο πελάτης αναλαμβάνει τα έξοδα αποστολής της επιστροφής (κούριερ, μεταφορική, ταχυδρομείο ή άλλο), η οποία θα γίνεται με δική του ευθύνη.
Αλλαγές δεν θα γίνονται δεκτές για προϊόντα που πωλούνταν με έκπτωση κατά τη στιγμή της αγοράς.
Εάν το νέο προϊόν έχει υψηλότερη τιμή από το επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν, τότε ο Πελάτης θα ειδοποιηθεί τηλεφωνική ή/και ηλεκτρονικά, με e-mail, να προχωρήσει σε νέα διαδικασία πληρωμής (για την πληρωμή της διαφοράς.
Εάν το νέο προϊόν έχει χαμηλότερη τιμή από το επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν τότε η ατομική επιχείρηση με την επωνυμία «ΚΑΡΑΠΑΤΣΙΑ ΧΡΙΣΤΙΝΑ ΤΟΥ ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΟΥ» θα πιστώσει στον Πελάτη τη διαφορά σύμφωνα με τα αναγραφόμενα κατωτέρω.

B. Αλλαγές- επιστροφές προϊόντων μετά την παράδοση

- Εάν ο Πελάτης δεν είναι ικανοποιημένος με την αγορά που πραγματοποίησε, έχει περαιτέρω το δικαίωμα να επιστρέψει το προϊόν που θα αγοράσει και να ζητήσει επιστροφή του πληρωθέντος τιμήματος όπως προβλέπεται από την ελληνική νομοθεσία για την προστασία του καταναλωτή (δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης από συντελεσθείσα πώληση). Στην περίπτωση αυτή, ο Πελάτης αποστέλλει μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου μήνυμα/e-mail στην concertokids.gr στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση που σημειώθηκε ανωτέρω This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. και επικοινωνεί τηλεφωνικά στα τηλέφωνα επικοινωνίας 2394061419, 6946450714, ζητώντας την επιστροφή του προϊόντος έναντι επιστροφής σε αυτόν του πληρωθέντος τιμήματος

Για επιστροφή λανθασμένου, κατεστραμμένου ή γενικότερα ελαττωματικού προϊόντος με σκοπό την επιστροφή των χρημάτων, η εταιρεία μας αναλαμβάνει τα έξοδα αποστολής της επιστροφής (κούριερ, μεταφορική, ταχυδρομείο ή άλλο), η οποία θα γίνεται με δική μας ευθύνη.

Για επιστροφή μη λανθασμένου, μη κατεστραμμένου ή γενικότερα μη ελαττωματικού προϊόντος με σκοπό την επιστροφή των χρημάτων, ο πελάτης αναλαμβάνει τα έξοδα αποστολής της επιστροφής (κούριερ, μεταφορική, ταχυδρομείο ή άλλο), η οποία θα γίνεται με δική του ευθύνη.

Κάθε αίτημα για αλλαγή ή για επιστροφή προϊόντος πρέπει να αποστέλλεται εντός 15 πλήρων ημερών από την παραλαβή του προϊόντος. Τα αιτήματα για αλλαγή ή για επιστροφή των προϊόντων μετά την περίοδο των 15 πλήρων γίνονται δεκτά μόνο σε περίπτωση ελαττωματικών προϊόντων σύμφωνα με τον ελληνικό νόμο, βάσει των διατάξεων που εφαρμόζονται στις συμβάσεις πώλησης.

Όροι και προϋποθέσεις για την εγκυρότητα αλλαγής ή επιστροφής προϊόντος

Α) Επιστροφή ή αλλαγή ολόκληρου του προϊόντος : Τόσο το δικαίωμα αλλαγής όσο και το δικαίωμα επιστροφής του προϊόντος (δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης από την πώληση) αφορούν ολόκληρο το αγορασθέν προϊόν και δεν μπορεί να ασκηθεί επί τμήματος μόνο του προϊόντος.

Β) Κατάσταση των επιστρεφόμενων προϊόντων: Η επιστροφή ή αλλαγή ενός προϊόντος δεν θα γίνεται δεκτή εάν αποδεικνύεται ότι το προϊόν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί και θα επιστραφεί με χρέωση του πελάτη. Τα προϊόντα πρέπει να επιστρέφονται (για επιστροφή τιμήματος ή για αλλαγή) στην αρχική τους κατάσταση, πλήρη και ακέραια και η αρχική τους συσκευασία να μην έχει αποσφραγιστεί.

Γ) Αποστολή των προϊόντων στην concertokids.gr: Η αποστολή των προς επιστροφή ή προς αλλαγή προϊόντων εντός Ελλάδος γίνεται δωρεάν, στις περιπτώσεις που αυτό προβλέπεται, μόνο μέσω της ίδιας εταιρίας ταχυαποστολής με την οποία απεστάλη το προϊόν για πρώτη φορά. Σε περίπτωση αποστολής του προϊόντος προς επιστροφή ή προς αλλαγή με άλλη εταιρία ταχυαποστολής, θα χρεώνεται ο πελάτης τα έξοδα αποστολής.

Ο Πελάτης αποστέλλει μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου μήνυμα/e-mail στην concertokids.gr στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση που σημειώθηκε ανωτέρω This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. και επικοινωνεί τηλεφωνικά στα τηλέφωνα επικοινωνίας 2394061419, 6946450714, ζητώντας την επιστροφή ή αλλαγή του προϊόντος. Το κόστος αποστολής των προς επιστροφή ή προς αλλαγή προϊόντων εκτός
Ελλάδος αναλαμβάνει ο πελάτης.

Για κάθε προϊόν το οποίο επιστρέφεται ή για το οποίο ζητείται αλλαγή, ο Πελάτης πρέπει να περιλάβει κατά την αποστολή του αντίγραφο της απόδειξης της αρχικής αγοράς.

Δ) Επιστροφή χρημάτων

Μόλις η concertokids.gr λάβει αίτημα επιστροφής ή αλλαγής προϊόντος και εφόσον τηρούνται οι ανωτέρω προϋποθέσεις, θα πιστώσει την κάρτα του Πελάτη με το σχετικό ποσό. Για την επεξεργασία του αιτήματος και την πραγματοποίηση της πιστωτικής εγγραφής απαιτούνται συνήθως 7 εργάσιμες ημέρες. Ο Πελάτης θα ειδοποιηθεί μόλις έχει γίνει η πλήρης επεξεργασία του αιτήματος επιστροφής/αλλαγής. Στην προβλεπόμενη ανωτέρω περίπτωση που η concertokids.gr δικαιούται αποζημίωση για ελαττώματα των επιστραφέντων προϊόντων, θα έχει το δικαίωμα να συμψηφίσει το σχετικό ποσό της αξιούμενης αποζημίωσης με το προς επιστροφή τίμημα.
